I happened across this shop during a recent trip upstate. WOW! Now, understand - I am a chocolate snob, I admit it! This is the most wonderfully satisfying chocolate I have encountered in a very long time! The surprise of finding such superior quality, density, and intensity of complementary flavors is eclipsed only by the amazing price! This stuff is so good I have to hide this on MYSELF!
