The Colts are named for our high school alma mater, Colton-Pierrepont Central. The coconut truffles are a dark shell around a creamy white ganache truffle center with shredded coconut. They have a purple and gold swirl on top. These were inspired by our mother and grandfather who loved coconut cream pie. Box of 6.
